Please enter your email address, first name followed by a dot, followed by your last name and @ballance.co.nz e.g mandy.mcphail@ballance.co.nz. If you don’t have a Ballance email please simply enter your name following the same format.
Your password is "Ballance" followed by your Employee ID. For instance, if your Employee ID is "123456", your password will be "Ballance123456"
Please note b is a lowercase and that there isn’t a space between ballance and the number.
